Since many years Rusconi Viaggi has been working in the incoming field both in Italy and Europe, above all for group making tours, both pilgrimages and cultural tours. Our Incoming office has been working since many years by now with Tour Operators and Angencies from USA, Canada, Soutj Africa, Australia, New Zealand, India, Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Portugal, Spain and many others

The goal of our Incoming Department is the full satisfaction of the Groups who travel with us and of the foreign agency that entrust to us all the organization and the reservation of the land services of their groups in Italy and Europe: Hotels, Tour Escorts, Buses, Guides, Restaurants, etc...

As an Incoming Operator, we think it’s our duty to give the best support to our Partner Tour Operators who choose to work with us. That’s why we pay a lot of attention in:

- sending quick answers to all requests of quotations (in max 48 hours);

- preparing detailed and clear estimate quotes by specifying all the visits and the entrances that are included in our rates;

- suggesting customized itineraries according to the requests of each Group.

The relation with our client agencies is based on top flexibility and rapidity of answers to all requests made and our quotations are always competitive.

Finally, we pay our best attention to the reservation of all the services with a special care also to the smallest details, so that the group gets always the impression to be followed at the best.
